The new uniform: denim skirts

I finally found the box full of clothes of when I was pregnant with #missOlivia and I’m so happy because that means I incorporate new clothes to my closet. For example, I bought this maternity denim skirt while I was pregnant with Olivia but I didn’t have the chance to wear it, so I’m releasing it now. I think that of the things that I’m struggling during this pregnancy is how fast the baby bump grows because I wasn’t mentally or materialistic ready; I went for an almost unnoticeable baby bump to this huge one that honestly, I’m scare how I will look like when in July… I will just say that I’ve been asked already how many weeks left for the labor and I was like…»hmm… Don’t know what to say!?» But I laughed because I knew that if she was asking me that: 1) she never has been pregnant and 2) she’s not aware how big is a real baby bump when time is almost over!

The thing is if you daily uniform used to be based on jeans and shirt, now that we have such a nice weather it’s time to change them for the denim skirt. I love them and I cannot live without them -or even any exist denim piece- but I really like how it looks with blazers or long trench… I love that contrast! I assumed that I will never been ready for the pregnancy what concerns to clothes as your body and perception changes a lot, but this time I’m getting myself a lot of comfortables shoes to wear. I’m still able to wear any kind of heels but I know that sooner than later this will change and by that time, I want to have plenty of options and definitely these new heeled sandals from It Shoes are staying. If I’m lucky enough, I would wear them during all my pregnancy and until the last day :)

By the way! I didn’t mention anything on yesterday’s post but here you can see what I recently did on my hair and I’m so so happy how natural it looks!
