I’ve been asked whether I prefer to have a lot of clothes or just a few range of pieces. I’m sure that most of us -if not all- would say that the more options the best, but the truth is that most of the times, having so many options are not a good idea. There are days when I want to wear so many things that they don’t match so I ended up not knowing where to start. That’s why I take a look at old posts, because they make me to remember old favorite pieces, combinations that I used to wear all day long but I forgot on the way, colors and prints, mix that were so crazy but I loved them… Maybe it sounds «arrogant» but seeing old posts from my blog gives me so many ideas! Thanks to that I re-wear and fall in love again with so many clothes, and one of those old loves are sweatshirts.

I remember that all of us had a fever with sweatshirts and every where you go, there you would find one for sure. You see them in all the stores, coming in all the possible colors and shapes, it was impossible going out and not finding someone wearing a sweatshirt. It was the statement piece at that time, when we only had blogs and no social channels. It was like the worst plague ever. In my case, I wore them a lot and for no apparent reason, I forgot about them, but after seeing how many looks you can build from, definitely they have to come back. We all love sweaters and chunky cardigans, but we do need anything else, something that provide us some fun, and if we talk about cold days, sweatshirts are a good option. When I saw this one with the flared sleeves, I didn’t hesitate even for a second. If you pair sweatshirts with jeans and high heels, you get that laid-back vibes so easily, but they also work on those days when you only want to wear something comfy and sneakers ;)

Alguna vez me han preguntado qué es mejor, si tener mucha ropa o tener menos variedad. Aunque a priori todas -o la mayoría- diríamos que cuanta más ropa mejor, la realidad es que tener muchas opciones juega en nuestra contra. Hay días que me quiero poner tantas cosas y tan dispares que no sé ni por dónde empezar. Es por eso por lo que de vez en cuando echo la vista atrás y miro posts antiguos. Me hacen recordar prendas olvidadas, combinaciones a las que recurría a menudo pero que la rutina me hizo olvidar, colores, estampados… Queda feo que lo diga pero me da muchas ideas ver posts antiguos de mi blog, me hace volver a enamorarme de mi propia ropa y recordar porque juré amor incondicional a ciertas prendas. Una de ellas son las sudaderas.

Recuerdo cuando se empezaron a poner de moda en las calles, todas las tiendas estaban plagadas de sudaderas de todos los tipos y las redes -entonces sólo había blogs- inundadas de fotos con ellas. En mi caso, hice un uso intensivo de ellas, pero irremediablemente cayeron en el olvido y después de ver todas las ideas y looks chulos que salen con ellas, me apetecía volver a hacerme con algunas. Fue ver esta en color gris y con mangas de campana, y lo tuve claro-clarísimo. Con jeans y tacones tienen un rollazo que pocas prendas lo consiguen, pero lo genial que tienen es que también funcionan para los días en que sólo  piensas en sneakers y en ir cómoda.
