Talking about personal style and its evolution, I can only say but «thank you!» because our style has evolved a lot during the past few years and I’m happy about that. There are thing that I used to love and nowadays I still love them, while there are other few things that now I hate. back to my early times with the blog, I used to wear very tight clothes because I hated to incorporate any volume that didn’t exist. I avoided any item that were not flattering and that enhance my silhouette. However, now I feel more comfortable on the other side where there’s only loose pieces, fitted but not so tight to the body and where playing with volumes is funny. Of course, there are always exceptions to the rule and the current trends have brought old fashion fevers like bodies -which I love!- and also bodycon dresses. This year I added a few to my closet and now we can still wear them with the appropriate items like maxi-cardigans. It’s the perfect mix of elegance, comfort and feeling sexy at the same ;)

So, now it’s time to get everything ready because we are leaving tomorrow morning for Madrid, and as it always happens I have a very loong to-do list ahead. Not only I have to organize all the bags, clothes and work for this week, but also I have to start organizing the next week, because we will only have three days to get ready and everything done before leaving for Canarias. Now that the cold season has started for real, I’m looking forward to lay down under the sun and just enjoy the nice and warm weather :)

Volviendo al tema del estilo y el cambio de nuestros gustos, tengo que decir que qué sería de nosotras si no hubiese progresado con el paso del tiempo! Hay cosas de antes que aún hoy me siguen gustando y de hecho me las sigo poniendo, mientras que otras prendas, modas o tendencias que pienso «no, ya no!». Cuando comencé este blog, me gustaba mucho recurrir a prendas pegadas y odiaba que se viese un volumen donde no lo había o cualquier forma o prenda que modificase mi cuerpo visualmente. Hoy me siento mucho más cómoda en el bando contrario donde reinan las prendas sueltas, ajustadas pero no pegadas al cuerpo, y donde jugar con los volúmenes es mi pasatiempo favorito. Pero claro, también hay excepciones y la moda ha recuperado algunas fiebres pasadas como los bodies -que me encantan- y los vestidos ajustados. Este año he recurrido muy mucho a ellos y ahora podemos seguir dándole uso si lo combinamos con maxi-cardigans. La mezcla perfecta entre vestir sexy, elegante y cómoda a la vez ;)

Me pongo a preparar las mil y una cosas que tengo pendientes antes de irnos mañana a primera hora a Madrid. No sólo tengo que organizar todo lo de este viaje, si no también todo el trabajo de la semana que viene porque sólo tendremos 3 días para organizar maletas y trabajo antes de salir rumbo a Canarias. Ay! Ahora que ha entrado este fresquito, más me apetece si cabe tumbarme bajo el sol y disfrutar del buen tiempo :)
