I never thought I would end up wearing crop tops, even though I love them! That’s just because now, most of the times, I prefer to wear clothes that they are not too sexy -let’s say. I don’t feel «self-confident» about me and my body. I lost all the weight I gained while I was pregnant, but my tummy is not the one I used to have… I would say that it’s more frequent to see me with a «normal» look, like you look at me and you may cannot notice that I’m already mommy, but the skin and its elasticity and appearance is not the same. I need to work out and hours of toning, I will do them I promise, but not now :) During this «holiday month» if it happens to have some spare time to go for a run, I will do it but just because I love the smell of the sea, the waves crashing and so on… I know, I said long time ago that I will do a recap/review about body’s changes and how it looks like after the pregnancy, labor and breastfeeding. Don’t get mad at me, I have it on mind and I will discuss it ;) However, I think that crop tops are a great option to wear underneath a shirt or thin jackets like this one. Another tip would be to wear them always with high waisted clothes, no matter if we talk about jeans, shorts or skirts. If we take the right options, everything is possible :P

We took these pictures in a beautiful restaurant called Trocadero in Sotogrande. It was amazing and by far, the most stunning and beautiful restaurant I’ve never been. The restaurant has different menus, beach club, a super cute pool with the chill-out terrace on the side… Some times you cannot figure out if you are at a pretty restaurant or in the middle of a huge home decor  shop! Well, you can see the furniture and have a guess about how it looks for real!

Nunca pensé que me terminaría animando con esta clase de crop tops, y eso que me encantan! Ahora, en la mayoría de las ocasiones, prefiero optar por prendas que dejan ver pero poco. No me siento segura de mi ni de mi barriga, porque aunque he perdido todo el peso que subí durante el embarazo, mi barriga no es la que era… De pie y cuando mantengo dura la barriga es como si aquí nunca hubiera pasado nada, pero si he notado que no tengo la piel tan tersa como antes y me falta mucho ejercicio y tonificación!! Pero con éso seguramente me ponga en Septiembre con la vuelta al cole, ahora toca descansar y si un día me da por salir a correr, que sea porque quiero disfrutar de la brisa y del olor a mar :) Lo sé, hace mucho que os dije que haría un post hablandóos del cuerpo después del embarazo, parto, lactancia… ¡No os enfadéis conmigo! De verdad que sigo acordándome y lo haré, sólo que no he encontrado el momento porque tampoco es un tema que me ha preocupado en exceso, pero ahora sí ;) Sin embargo, me encantan estos tops para llevarlos debajo de camisas abiertas o de chaquetas finas como esta. También otro consejo sería llevarlos siempre con prendas de tiro alto, ya sean shorts, faldas o jeans. Con las decisiones acertadas, todo es posible :P

Estas fotos las hicimos en Trocadero, un restaurante & lounge en Sotogrande que es una auténtica pasada. Nunca he estado en un sitio tan grande y tan espectacular! Tiene restaurante con distintas cartas, beach club, piscina, chill outs… A veces no sabías si estabas en un restaurante o en una tienda de decoración porque la inversión que han hecho sólo en eso brutal, ya sólo en las fotos se ve. Además, uno de los camareros nos contó que allí se habían rodado escenas para la serie La Embajada :)
